Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Flikco (https://flikco.in), we operate as a multivendor marketplace platform connecting customers with independent third-party sellers.

Cancellation of orders is governed by the individual seller’s cancellation policy applicable to each product.

1. Vendor-Based Cancellation

  1. Each seller on Flikco may define their own cancellation rules for their listed products.
  2. Cancellation availability, time window, and eligibility conditions are decided solely by the respective seller.
  3. Customers are advised to review the cancellation terms mentioned on the product page before placing an order.

2. When Cancellation is Allowed

Cancellation may be possible if:

  1. The seller has enabled cancellation for that specific product.
  2. The cancellation request is placed within the time period allowed by the seller.
  3. The product has not yet been shipped (if required by the seller policy).

If the seller does not allow cancellation for a product, the order cannot be cancelled once placed.

3. Post-Shipment Cancellation

  1. If the seller policy restricts cancellation after shipment, customers may need to follow the Return Policy (if applicable).
  2. Certain products may be marked as "Non-Cancellable".

4. How to Request Cancellation

Customers can request cancellation by:

  1. Logging into their Flikco account
  2. Visiting "My Orders"
  3. Selecting the eligible order
  4. Submitting a cancellation request

The final approval of cancellation is subject to seller review.

5. Marketplace Role

Flikco acts only as a facilitator between buyers and sellers.

  1. Flikco does not independently decide cancellation eligibility unless required by law.
  2. Flikco is not liable if a seller declines a cancellation request in accordance with their stated policy.

6. Seller-Initiated Cancellation

A seller may cancel an order due to:

  1. Stock unavailability
  2. Pricing error
  3. Logistics issues
  4. Policy violations

In such cases, customers will be notified and eligible refunds will be processed as per the Refund Policy.

7. Refund After Cancellation

If cancellation is approved:

  1. Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  2. Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  3. Bank processing timelines may vary.

8. Governing Law

This Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
